PaperFrame•7 is priced as a seven-day facilitated strategy intervention. The hospitality removes operational friction so the decision work can remain the focus.

Why we offer different environments
Some participants prefer the quiet of a detached bungalow; others value proximity to the library and shared spaces. Choose the room setting that best supports focused work and recovery. The program, facilitation, materials, meals, and participant deliverables remain identical. Category allocation follows successfully received deposit time, not application time; double occupancy and room sharing are not included.

- International or domestic flights
- Passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry-related fees
- Travel cancellation, health, medical, evacuation, and liability insurance
- Transfers outside the published DLI windows or involving other airports
- Extra nights, off-schedule meals, early check-in, or late check-out
- Alcohol, minibar, laundry, room service, and other personal expenses
- Optional activities or services not named in the written offer
- Charges imposed by the participant’s bank, card issuer, or FX provider
Transfer windows are published before contract and payment. Final flight details are due 17 December 2026. Do not book non-refundable travel until your deposit confirmation and current travel instructions have been received.
Booking logic
Application first. Payment only after a complete written offer.
The application creates no reservation or payment obligation. Accepted applicants receive the statutory information, Sicherungsschein, room total, and exact hold deadline before PF7 requests or accepts payment.
Hold
72 consecutive hours from the timestamp PF7 sends the complete written offer.
Deposit
20%: €900 Villa Suite or €990 Private Bungalow. It is part-payment, not an extra fee, and confirms the booking when received.
Balance
€3,600 or €3,960, due 17 December 2026. Offers issued on or after that date require the full total within the hold.

Amounts already paid are credited and any excess is refunded within 14 days. Participants may demonstrate no loss or a materially lower loss; saved costs and legally relevant reallocation revenue are credited. Mandatory no-fee cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Logistics & Details
Employer sponsorship is handled through a separate evaluation path. PaperFrame•7 can provide a pro-forma or company invoice on request using the tax treatment required by law. The total price does not increase solely because an invoice is requested. PF7 does not promise tax deductibility; budget eligibility and tax treatment remain the responsibility of the organization and its advisers.
Villa Suite €4,500 | Private Bungalow €4,950 per person. Total prices include all applicable taxes and mandatory charges. An application creates no reservation or payment obligation. If accepted, PF7’s complete written offer starts a 72-hour provisional hold. A 20% deposit (€900 / €990) confirms the booking when received. The balance is due 17 December 2026; offers issued on or after that date require full payment within the hold. The deposit is part-payment and is not described as unconditionally non-refundable.
PaperFrame•7 is operated by PaperFrame7 UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Munich, Germany. The applicable statutory package-travel information and a valid Sicherungsschein are supplied with the contract documents and before PF7 requests or accepts payment. Participants remain responsible for suitable travel cancellation, health, medical, evacuation, and personal liability insurance. All services are non-therapeutic in nature.
