PaperFrame•7

About PaperFrame•7

Why This Exists.

A seven-day executive strategy retreat — a structured strategic reset for senior professionals, not therapy or a wellness holiday.

The Concept

Not a vacation. A System Update.

PaperFrame•7 combines selected concepts from behavioural science, group facilitation, systems thinking, and reflective practice. They are adapted into a practical strategy process for senior professionals. The complete retreat is not presented as a clinically validated intervention. See the research sources and evidence boundaries.

01NO GURUS

Evidence-informed frameworks, adapted into a practical strategy process.

02NO FORCED SHARING

You decide what stays in the vault. Privacy is the default.

03NO DRIFT

You leave with a concrete strategy, not just a fleeting feeling.

Program proof

The structure of the program gave me everything I needed to get what I came for.

Lauren BathMedia Pioneer & Entrepreneur
The Methodology

Engineered for clarity.

The week follows a structured four-stage arc designed to move from noise to a testable decision: Calibration, Simulation, Prototype, and Architecture.

Phase 1

Days 1–2

Stabilize & Audit

Move from high-alert to calm focus through grounding. Use the PaperFrame Map to separate facts from stories and audit your current operating system.

Phase 2

Days 3–4

Deep Dive & Silence

Structured silence makes room to process complexity and decide. We remove the input so you can hear the signal.

Phase 3

Day 5

Prototype The Decision

Strategy must be tangible. You build a physical anchor — a 3D prototype of your future direction — to test your commitment before you leave.

Phase 4

Days 6–7

Build Your Plan

We build the architecture for Monday morning. You define the ‘Kill Switch’ and the specific protocols to prevent the drift back into old habits.

The ROI

Tangible assets. Not just memories.

Insight without action is fleeting. You leave not just with a cleared mind, but with four physical assets to ensure your strategy survives the flight home.

Hardware

The PaperFrame Manual

Not a diary, but a structured operating workbook. You leave with 80+ pages of your own documented clarity, serving as your reference guide for future decisions.

Strategy

The Roadmap

A working direction, a first-48-hour action, and review points through Week 12 — documented on one page.

Protocol

The Monday Defense Plan

A specific set of boundaries and ‘Kill Switch’ protocols designed to protect your new focus against the immediate pull of daily operations.

Anchor

The Physical Prototype

Strategy lives in the head; reality lives in the hands. You build a physical object representing your decision to anchor it in the real world.

Cognitive outcome

I left with a new cognitive framework I had been trying to reach for a long time.

Who We Are

Architects, not Gurus.

We come from M&A and Engineering. We built PaperFrame•7 to bring structure to the messy process of finding direction.

Strategy & Concept

PaperFrame•7 arose from a personal crossroads shortly after I left a high-pressure role in M&A to build something of my own, rooted in my deep interest in psychology. The idea took shape while travelling with Pascal through Vietnam. The result is a practical, non-therapeutic alternative to wellness or therapy: a clear, guided week applying evidence-informed tools so you can validate a direction and leave with a realistic plan.

Training & Basis: Coursera Specialization Certificate: “Foundations of Positive Psychology” (University of Pennsylvania, non-credit, 2025).

Systems & Operations

My path began in the world of engineering and system optimization, where precision and structure guide every decision. Over time, I became curious about a different kind of system — the human one. I realized that we lose efficiency when alignment fades; we run fast, but not always in the right direction. PaperFrame•7 grew from that search: a space where structure meets reflection, and evidence-informed tools help you pause, recalibrate, and move forward with purpose.

Training & Basis: Certificate of Completion: “Positive Psychology” (Harvard Health Publishing – Harvard Medical School, 2025).

Peter Smith, lead facilitator for Cohort 2

Current Cohort Lead

Peter Smith

Leadership Facilitator, Coach & Retreat Designer

Peter is a leadership facilitator and coach who works with senior leaders on surfacing what teams avoid naming — misaligned decisions, unaddressed tensions, and the drift between strategy and behaviour.

His practice spans 25 years and four continents — from boardrooms in Sydney and New York to UN field operations — and integrates systemic group work, embodied practice, and applied neuroscience. Peter focuses on creating the conditions for leaders to see clearly what is actually happening, and to respond with coordinated action.

Cohort leads rotate through a hand-picked circle of senior facilitators. The founding edition was led by Quynh-Huong Nguyen.

The Basecamp

Designed for Stillness.

Ky Viên Home, Đà Lạt

We have secured exclusive use of a private villa estate in the pine forests of Đà Lạt. It is a private residence reserved entirely for our cohort, with space for focused work, walks, and recovery between sessions.

It combines evidence-informed concepts that have been adapted into the PaperFrame•7 format; the complete program is not a clinical intervention or a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. Booking documentation includes the applicable statutory travel information and Sicherungsschein. Invoicing is available as ‘Professional Development & Coaching’.

The Next Cohort: Turn noise into direction.

Limited to 10 seats per cohort to ensure privacy and depth. Applications for Cohort 2 — 16–22 January 2027 — are now open.
