PaperFrame•7 began as a simple question shared between two structured minds — one from business, one from engineering: what truly creates fulfilment once success no longer felt meaningful?

While travelling through Vietnam, journaling and reflecting on what might come next, the idea took shape: what if there were a space that combined the discipline of work with the depth of self-reflection — turning evidence-based tools into real-world direction?

Founded by Niclas and Pascal, PaperFrame•7 combines strategic clarity from the corporate world with structural thinking from engineering — creating a grounded, psychology-informed path toward personal fulfilment.

Niclas

My motivation is to turn a deep interest in psychology into meaningful work I enjoy. PaperFrame•7 arose from my own question about what truly brings purpose and fulfilment. The idea took shape while travelling through Vietnam with Pascal and journaling about what came next, shortly after I left a high-pressure role in M&A. The result is a practical, non-therapeutic alternative to wellness or therapy: a clear, guided week that applies evidence-based tools to create real outcomes — so you can shorten the search for purpose and leave with a realistic plan.

Pascal

My path to PaperFrame•7 began in a very different setting. The world of engineering and system optimization, where precision and structure guide every decision. Over time, I became curious about a different kind of system - the human one. I realized that, just like in engineering, we lose efficiency when alignment fades; we run fast, but not always in the right direction.

That insight sparked a deeper interest in psychology and personal development - understanding what truly keeps people balanced and fulfilled. PaperFrame•7 grew from that search: a space where structure meets reflection, and evidence-based tools help you pause, recalibrate, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
