2. Scope and services

These cohort-specific terms apply to PaperFrame•7 Cohort 2, 16–22 January 2027 in Da Lat, Vietnam, together with the participant-specific written offer, the statutory package-travel information, and the Sicherungsschein. PaperFrame•7 is an active, coaching-oriented professional-development program delivered as a seven-day executive strategy retreat. It is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.

3. Application, written offer, and booking

  1. An application, qualification decision, written fit exchange, or fit call does not reserve a place and creates no payment obligation.
  2. Accepted applicants receive a participant-specific written offer by email. It names the room category, total price, included and excluded services, payment amount and route, these terms, the statutory information, the Sicherungsschein, and an exact expiry timestamp.
  3. The provisional hold begins when PF7 sends the complete written offer and lasts 72 consecutive hours, including weekends and public holidays. An email open, reply, initiated payment, pending payment, or failed payment does not extend the deadline.
  4. The booking becomes binding and the named room category is confirmed only when PF7 has received and reconciled the full deposit. A hold extension is available only for a verified PF7/payment-provider outage or an accepted bank-settlement issue and must be confirmed by PF7 in writing before expiry.

4. Total prices

Villa Suite €4,500 | Private Bungalow €4,950 per person. Total prices include all applicable taxes and mandatory charges.

PF7 does not add VAT, resort fees, service charges, or mandatory program fees on top. The selected room category and total price are fixed in the written offer. A pro-forma or company invoice is available on request and uses the tax treatment required by law. PF7 does not promise tax deductibility and does not increase the total price solely because an invoice is requested.

5. Deposit and balance

  • Deposit: 20% of the total price — €900 for the Villa Suite or €990 for the Private Bungalow.
  • The deposit is part-payment of the total price, not a separate administration fee. It is refundable to the extent provided by the cancellation and mandatory-law rules below.
  • Remaining balance: €3,600 or €3,960, due 17 December 2026.
  • For an offer sent on or after 17 December 2026, the full total price is due within the 72-hour hold; no separate deposit stage applies.
  • Payment is accepted through an approved secure payment link or EUR bank transfer. PF7 charges no payment-method surcharge; third-party bank, issuer, intermediary, and FX charges remain the participant's responsibility.
  • PF7 will not request or accept payment until the applicable statutory information and a valid Sicherungsschein have been supplied with the contract documents.
  • If the balance is overdue, PF7 sends a written reminder and a five-calendar-day cure deadline. If payment is still incomplete, PF7 may terminate the booking and apply the participant- cancellation charge applicable on the termination date, subject to mandatory law.

6. Participant cancellation and refunds

A participant may cancel before the program by emailing [email protected]. The received timestamp controls. The following standard cancellation compensation is calculated from the total price:

  • Amounts already paid are credited against the cancellation compensation. PF7 refunds any excess within 14 days after cancellation.
  • The participant may demonstrate that PF7 incurred no loss or a materially lower loss. PF7 credits legally relevant saved costs and revenue from reallocation of the place.
  • Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the destination or nearby that materially affect performance or passenger transport may create statutory no-fee cancellation and refund rights.
  • No-show, late arrival, unused services, or voluntary early departure do not create a refund right except where mandatory law or a proven travel defect provides otherwise.

7. Replacement participant

A booked participant may propose an eligible replacement on a durable medium. A request received at least seven days before the start is timely; later requests may be accepted where operationally possible. The replacement must meet the published participation requirements. PF7 charges only reasonable, documented, actually incurred transfer costs. The original and replacement participant remain jointly liable where the law provides.

8. Organizer cancellation and material changes

The minimum cohort size is 6 confirmed participants and the maximum is 10. If the minimum is not met, PF7 may cancel no later than 27 December 2026. PF7 may also cancel if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances prevent performance. If PF7 cancels, all participant payments are refunded within 14 days. PF7 may offer a later cohort, but the participant is not required to accept a voucher or rebooking. Material changes are handled with the choices and refund rights required by law.

9. Room categories

Villa Suite · €4,500

Private bedroom for one participant in the Villa Wing, with a private en-suite bathroom and proximity to the main lodge, library, and shared program spaces. Inventory is limited.

Private Bungalow · €4,950

Standalone private unit for one participant with a private bathroom, private terrace, and a forest-facing setting removed from the main house.

Exact unit, view, floor, and size are not guaranteed unless stated in the written offer. Category allocation follows successfully received deposit time, not application time. Double occupancy, companions, and room sharing are not included. A same- or higher-category substitution may be made at no extra cost; a lower-category substitution requires prior written agreement and refund of the price difference.

10. Airport transfers

The only included airport is Lien Khuong International Airport (DLI). The price includes one scheduled transfer from DLI to the venue on 16 January 2027 and one scheduled transfer from the venue to DLI on 22 January 2027. Vehicles may be shared with PF7 participants whose flight times are compatible; an individual private car is not guaranteed.

Approximate transfer windows are provided before contract and payment; exact pickup details follow after flight information is received. Final flight details are due 17 December 2026. Other airports, off-window travel, missed connections, flight changes, city pickups, private vehicles, and personal detours are excluded unless PF7 confirms an exception in writing. If DLI is not operational or the agreed transfer cannot be delivered, PF7 provides a written alternative and applies mandatory change, substitute-performance, and refund rights.

11. Participant requirements

Participants are responsible for flights, passports, visas, vaccinations, entry requirements, and appropriate insurance. Dietary, allergy, mobility, or other material participation requirements must be disclosed early enough for PF7 and the venue to confirm in writing whether they can be accommodated. Participants should not book non-refundable travel until the deposit confirmation and current travel instructions have been received.

12. Confidentiality

Personal information shared during the retreat is treated as confidential. Participants must not disclose personal details or decision content shared by others outside the retreat context. PF7 handles participant data under its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

13. Applicable law

German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them. Statutory package-travel, cancellation, refund, warranty, damage, and jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Where a jurisdiction agreement is legally permitted, Munich is agreed for merchants and equivalent entities.
