2. Services

PaperFrame7 UG provides a structured professional development program ("PaperFrame7") delivered as an immersive retreat format. The program includes facilitated sessions, structured frameworks, and guided exercises. It does not constitute therapy, psychological counseling, legal advice, or financial advisory services.

3. Registration & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to secure a seat. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat start date. Prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is accepted via bank transfer (SEPA / international wire).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days before start: full refund minus €500 deposit.
  • 30–60 days before start: 50% refund of remaining balance.
  • Less than 30 days before start: no refund.
  • Seat transfers to another participant are permitted up to 14 days before the retreat.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or travel bans), PaperFrame7 UG reserves the right to reschedule the retreat. In such cases, participants may transfer their booking to the next available cohort or receive a full refund.

6. Liability

Participation in the PaperFrame7 program is voluntary. PaperFrame7 UG assumes no liability for personal decisions made by participants during or after the retreat. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the program. Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance, health insurance, and visa arrangements.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the retreat is treated as confidential. Participants agree not to disclose personal details shared by other participants outside the retreat context. PaperFrame7 UG will not share participant information with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
