Current Co-CEO, Ween ConsultingQuynh-Huong is a facilitator who works with leaders and groups on the human side of collaboration, decision-making, and sense-making.
Her work draws on years of experience supporting teams and individuals to slow down, reflect, and listen – both to themselves and to one another – especially in moments of transition or uncertainty. Quynh-Huong focuses on creating conditions for honest reflection, shared insight, and meaningful dialogue to emerge.
