Professional learning objectives

What the work is designed to develop

  • 01Frame a consequential professional decision using explicit facts, assumptions, constraints, and criteria.
  • 02Compare Optimize, Shift, and Reset scenarios and identify plausible failure modes before commitment.
  • 03Translate a working direction into a documented six-month roadmap and first-week actions.
  • 04Build boundaries and if-then protocols that support follow-through after re-entry.

Participant-owned outputs

What comes back to work

  • Decision Brief

Your decision in scope — facts, interpretations, constraints, and criteria separated and documented.

  • Scenario Portfolio

Optimize, Shift, and Reset options compared through scenario work, assumptions, and pre-mortem failure modes.

  • Documented Direction

A working direction you can defend — or a clear reason to rule out an option rather than force a premature commitment.

  • Six-Month Roadmap

Milestones, dependencies, and next actions that translate the direction into an executable sequence.

  • Monday Defense Plan

Stop-doing decisions, boundaries, and if-then protocols built to survive the return to daily operations.

Confidentiality

Sponsorship does not buy access to private content.

The participant owns the Manual, scenarios, decision content, and peer conversations. PaperFrame•7 does not report those materials back to an employer. Any sponsor-facing objectives or follow-up must be agreed with the participant in advance.

Finance documentation

Clear invoicing for internal review.

PaperFrame•7 can provide a pro-forma invoice and split the program into Executive Strategy Program and Venue & Full-Board Services line items. Final budget eligibility and tax treatment remain the responsibility of the sponsoring organization and its advisers.
