Quynh-Huong is a facilitator and reflection guide with a background in leadership and team development across Southeast Asia.
She began her career working with grassroots NGOs, where purpose was something lived rather than spoken about.
Over the past decade, she has designed and led reflection programs for organizations such as FHI 360 and Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation — helping teams strengthen trust, communication, and accountability.
Her approach combines structured dialogue, mindful presence, and compassion-based facilitation, creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and realign with what truly matters.
