Clarity requires safety. Some find safety in absolute solitude (The Bungalow); others find it in the proximity of the main house (The Villa Suite). Choose the container that allows your nervous system to settle best. The program, the food, and the outcome remain identical.

The Venue & Logistics Venue Fee
  • 6 Nights Accommodation: Private room (Villa or Bungalow) ensuring deep rest.
  • Seamless Arrival: Private driver transfer from Da Lat Airport (DLI) to the venue.
  • Exclusive Access: Full usage of the private grounds, meditation hall, and gardens.
  • Local Experience: Guided excursion to the local market and farm-to-table session.
  • Security: EU-standard insolvency protection (Sicherungsschein).
Not included: International Flights & Visas • Travel Insurance • Personal expenditures outside the program.

Logistics & Details

To support professional development budgets and tax efficiency, we separate the curriculum from the venue costs. You will receive an invoice with two distinct line items:

1. Executive Strategy Program (€ 2.000): Fully deductible as professional training/education.
2. Venue Services (Variable): Covers accommodation and facility usage.

Note for Corporate Clients: We are a German-registered legal entity (UG). Our invoices are compliant with EU and APAC corporate standards.
The Flight: You book your own flight to Lien Khuong Airport (DLI) via Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) or Hanoi (HAN). We recommend landing on Day 1 between 13:00 and 15:00.

The Transfer: Once you land, we handle the rest. Your private driver will await you at the arrival gate with a name sign to bring you directly to the retreat venue (approx. 40 min drive). This service is included in your Venue Fee.
Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure your seat and room tier.
Balance: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the start date.

For corporate sponsorships, we can issue a preliminary invoice for your finance department upon request.
PaperFrame 7 is operated by Paperframe7 UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Munich, Germany.

As a registered tour operator, your booking is secured under German Travel Law (§ 651r BGB). Every participant receives a Sicherungsschein (insolvency protection certificate) with their booking confirmation, guaranteeing the safety of your funds.

Travel to Đà Lạt — simple routes

Most guests arrive via Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) with a short onward flight to Đà Lạt (DLI).

Alternatives are Hanoi (HAN) or Da Nang (DAD) with domestic connections to DLI.

On request, we coordinate the local transfer between Đà Lạt Airport and the retreat venue, so your arrival is smooth and stress-free

Many of our participants travel long distances. After the retreat week, 2–5 quiet beach days can be a meaningful way to let your reflections settle before returning home.

We provide a neutral shortlist of recommended coastal destinations in Vietnam — with practical notes on transfers, timing, and local atmosphere.

No commissions, no partnerships: you book directly, we simply share what works.
